Another issue with this is that G-Max Pika/Eevee require a copy of Let's Go, which makes them not usable for speedruns of this game. Aside from that though, this really shouldn't be too hard of a challenge; Inteleon cleans up pretty well.
Could a mod add my Sawk% run as a subcategory to Trade Alt Mains? Run:
thats really sad :( vba is not allowed for generation 1 runs so this unfortunately will be invalid however, im sure if you did another one of these with the permitted emulator (v664 of gambatte-speedrun) then a leaderboard can definitely be made for it
Yeah I definitely shouldve looked here before submitting a run in the wrong category xD but yeah I wanna propose an alt main subsection of eternatus with corviknight%, im thinking the route is fairly similar to candyfloss's bc you use another poke besides the main for a fairly extended period of time. My run:
We haven’t even mentioned FR/LG’s squirtle manipulation that can fail even if you execute it perfectly since the npcs move at random and mess up the manip.

ok so first of all don't worry about gunners nido manip, it doesnt impact the extended manip and will work the same if a direction is lowercase (r, u, etc), it means that a specific npc is turning in that direction, where if the letter is uppercase, it means that an npc is actually moving a tile in that direction. so if a path says u->L for the first npc, that means that if first turns up and then moves a tile left one of the hardest parts of extended manip though is being able to clear the textboxes after the nidoran catch frameperfectly; if you don't do that, the npcs won't move in a way that makes sense inputs that you can use to clear those textboxes frameperfectly can be found in this video: after you can get that down, you would need to pay attention to the way the two npcs (first is below you as you walk back to viridian, second is next to the hidden tree potion right before leaving viridian) and from those movements choose a path that will give you a pidgey that can be yoloballed another doc that might help with that: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gYT_XIWPZxEtbjHVlGU4eu6RODZBucO055E3f95bOyg/edit unfortunately, my knowledge about extending past pidgey is pretty slim, so maybe someone else can help with that :)
It would be great if you could film yourself doing the manip if possible so we could see exactly what you mean
