Are we allowed to have a spreadsheet in our 2nd monitor or somewhere else (eg 8-3 bro patterns) as we speedrun or must they be memorized?

Are we allowed to use a macro to reset multiple instances easier? If not that's fine, just wanted to know.

Essentially, there used to be a Google sheet that showed the significant tricks/glitches in SMB1 speedruns, and which world records used them. Idk if any of you know what I'm talking about, but I've checked my Google drive history, and lots of other things and couldn't find it, I was wondering if anyone had it.
