If I remember right. (It's been a long while.) Selecting the 60hz version is considered part of the NTSC category(?)

I've decided to go ahead and make the two categories as I've properly found out that there is a significant speed difference compared to the two.

Thanks to boundingrey for bringing it into attention.

Using the PAL's 50Hz setting possibly speed up character, heart rate, and cut scenes in comparison to NTSC version. Feel free to use this version to go faster, if this game gets more attention I'll possibly consider making more categories regarding the different regions. If you think it needs attention right away as a runner then just let me know. :)
