As far as I know, the vast majority of past runs have involved moving all officers from Shift B to Shift A on Day 3.

Actually, you DON'T have to do this.

On Day 3, you can move all officers from Shift B to Shift A, except for Kochi. Keeping one officer is sufficient to get you the Bad Ending. (Meaning, initiate the officer swap from Shift B starting with Yancey.) Kochi is kept because she is programmed with a "Laziness" value of only 5, and because she ranks high in ability, she is on the far left of the list, which makes it easier to operate. There is no Chinese language in the game. I hope that the Chinese language pack can be used in speedrun. I don’t think it will break any rules.
