Разобрался, оказывается что бы редактировать тему игры, нужно что бы был отключен в своем профиле параметр "Стандартная тема"

да было бы чудно, я так понимаю там другие сценарии, по названию и описанию не совсем сходятся)
Не нашел только первую часть ELS и не знаю как заместить на отключенных DLC, последний сценарий..
