Since people post results with "cut" loadings in this category, I also cut loadings through Sony Vegas and it turned out to be 25:23 (if you count until the end of the game), or 25:24 (if you count the moment the timer stops). Cut frame by frame, the first and last frame of the loading.

I could have played somewhere else, but I chose a safer path + I could use bombs on the first level (I only realized that this was allowed after completing this speedrun) + if I could still learn how to skip with Okuu, I could cut a lot more time. But until I see that someone overtook me on the timer, I will not continue to try.
