It took a lot of practice, but I found a pretty good strategy with Siegfried that can lower rounds to 5-6 seconds based on if the computer cooperates. This means that if you use that strat, you can get Siegfried's time down to 2 minutes 12 seconds if it goes perfectly. Definitely needs some optimization, but it's possible to get a much lower time.
