Cloning doesn’t get much attention in speedrunning, so I think this category could introduce some of the newer players (and maybe older) to cloning and how it works. While most of the categories here use strats that main categories use, cloning is not used in anything, despite it being a major glitch that can be used for the most absurd things possible in this game (as shown by pannenkoek2012). Anyways, the goal of this category is to collect a cloned star. Timing should start at power on and end on the frame you collect the star. The only problem I see with this is it’s difficulty, since it’s really luck based unless you have a lot of experience with cloning.
