I am new to the recording thing and I was wondering what is the best and cheapest way to record my gameplay

Best way is an HDMI capture card. Cheapest way is to point a camera at the screen (assuming you already have a device with a camera).

I'm using HDMI Video Capture. It costs like 12,5€
