This speedrun was done on the PC version of Konami's Arcade Classics Anniversary Collection, which sadly doesn't appear in the speddrun.com system, hence the platform selection of "Arcade"

Even though the high score shows otherwise in the video, the default high score is actually 10,000 points, or enough points to earn an extend.

The key here is to bombard everything on the ground while shooting down the airborne enemies. The game doesn't have a bomb button just to make it look pretty.

Goal score was achieved at the beginning of the 3rd area of the 1st loop.
