I haven't touched the PC port, but I believe it's same as PS4 so should be good :/ I'm thinking about running this game as well (on PS4 though), but there's a lot of routing to do for this game, so not gonna jump into it yet :D

My run was done on the PC version from steam so yes you can submit runs using it.
