In-Game Timer Changes

Due to an update that happened on February 14th, all new runs will be ~3 seconds faster compared to old runs. Since I do not know the exact amount of time this change saves, old runs will not have their times changed. I would recommend for people to upload new PBs if they want accurate placements for the leaderboards.
Leaderboard Updates
As a community request, jumpless and boostless were added as full-game categories.
I added Luxtra as a moderator (since they moderate the SBB discord), and added Rube7, YT_Valentin and dankdarkel_ as verifiers to keep up with submissions.
