Hi guys! Today I saw a run of Pokémon Blue NSC and was immediately interested. I could run it on 3DSVC, but I don't have a capture card and heard they are insanely expensive/hard to get. I'm trying to set up the allowed emulator but have no idea what I'm doing. Can someone either link me a specific step-by-step guide or write one up? I need help setting it up on Windows 10 (and I need help finding and loading a Pokémon Blue ROM. I bet I could find one but I have no idea how to load it up). Thank you!

Thank you! I did end up figuring it out after a while. For some reason, my computer made me run as administrator. Right now, I am about to start practicing the TID Manip for Blue NSC. Again, thanks for the help!
