The main strat here is to kill off all enemy air force while luring ground units into the center, far away from their prison camp, then flanking them with air to cut them off and sprinting a Charlie toward their camp in a Pelican. Numerous room for improvements here: cutting off ground attacks earlier once their air has been destroyed, not wasting time deploying units from factories that won't be used, only bothering with one pelican/charlie, and faster movement.
