Started the mission at 1800 - so the soldiers won't be guarding the prisoners - and stunned the soldier at 0:44 so I can fast-travel to the communications post faster. I got lucky and accidentally dropped in the building with the comms equipment. I believe that sub 2 minutes is possible. You can stun the soldier at 0:44 from further away (30 meters), spawn D-Walker closer to you and use a better line at the comms post.

Tasks in order of completion:

1. Extracted 2 prisoners being held at Wialo Village.
2. Secured the rough diamonds hidden near the Eastern Communications Post.
3. Identify the comms equipment at the Eastern Communications Post. 4/5. Destroyed the comms equipment at the Eastern Communications Post/ Destroyed the transmitter at the Eastern Communications Post.
4. Extracted the materials container from the Eastern Communications Post.
