Hello! I have created a Overworld Map with all of the items placed upon the locations they are found in game. That said, there are some items/locations in the game that I didn't cover, like the Parallel Tower Keys and the Heart Piece that appears in 2 caves (Graveyard Icy World and Pyramid Icy World). But regardless, this should help with routing or even just a casual playthrough of the game.
