Unlocking Speedrun Options Without Beating the Game

1. Look for the following file path:
    - Users/*Your Name*/AppData/Local/Project_Milk_2

2.  Open the settings file in a text editor.

3. Look for a line that says "[Settings]". Under that line, paste the following line:
