Hi, I’m new here. I did a 1000 jump run, and then submitted it for that category, as well as for 100 and 500 since the respective times would’ve been on the leaderboard there too. It was only accepted for 100 jumps, and the message was that a video can’t be submitted for multiple categories. Why is this the case? If I upload the video separately two more times, perhaps cropping it to 500 for one of those, would I be able to use those then? Or can each run only be submitted to one category? And are these rules just for JRC, or for this entire site?

That's Really Odd, Normally We Would Accept Multiple Submissions from a single video, Since It Did get declined, you could possibly crop it down for each category. Since 100 has been Accepted, 500 Would Be starting before the 1 appears (for ms) and end when 500 appears. Sorry About This. In Regards, DylanPlayz200000

I did the same for my 100 jumps 2p (1.2.0) 3rd place and my 69 jumps 2p (1.2.0) WR. Is this ok?

Yep, that's totally fine. Most people doing longer categories usually do this.
