On a whim, I decided to load up the Japanese version of this and see what the speed difference would be in text alone. Turns out 10 whole minutes. I don't expect to return to this game for any reason outside of presenting it for an event (in which circumstance I would run it in English), so this will probably stand as my time unless I happen upon an improvement during practice.
