I looked for this game around 10 days ago. Was going to do a quick playthrough of it to try and get speedrunning started for Fury3.

Recently attempted a run. was on New Kroy and was killed. Will keep trying.

If you mean killed as it crashed, I have a guide to work around exactly as you described as it is known to kill people's runs. I hope for your best to be on the leadership boards!

I decided to post it to youtube. Still not sure how you are able to shoot so quickly with your lazers... Do you spam the spacebar?

Yes, Snipers222. I spam or mash whatever the fire key is mapped to, which is the spacebar by default. I don't think many people know about this, that you can tap as quickly as you can to get a faster fire rate, and I was able to shave times by half compared to just holding it down.

There are many other strategies involved when I speedrun this game. Because of these, my current route is far more optimized than the one I submitted on Speedrun.com months ago. I can beat it further by a full minute with the new route.
