Step 1: Download The Glitched Attraction (https://gamejolt.com/games/the_glitched_attraction/528354).
Step 2: Open the folder labeled 'The Glitched Attraction_Data' in the folder you downloaded in step 1.
Step 3: Open the folder labeled 'Managed'
Step 4: Replace the existing file labeled 'Assembly-CSharp.dll' file in the 'Managed' folder with the new Assembly-CSharp.dll file you downloaded.
Step 5: Run the game.
Note: It is intended to play the Hard Mod on the 1.1.7 Version of the game.
Not sure what happened right now, but somehow all runs that were yet to be timed in IGT got deleted.
An announcement was made on the Discord that IGT would no longer be the ordering method, and my only guess is a mistake was made, and runs that were timed with RTA only and not IGT only got remove
