Wow I did it :) It is still a big mess, but I beat in under 90min what was my goal for my first serious run. Not everything did worked out like finding Chani fast or organizing my troops, so much time to save...

I couldnt get the bugs to work so I had to deal with the emperor and keep an eye on my spice production, also I did the military victory which is slower then the eco route.

Anyway I am super happy with the result - for now
