Would you be willing to do a run from say start of New Game to beating the BIOS domain boss for example?

I understand the game is long, and we've done this as race categories on SRL previously. Stage completions for this particular game is, however, too arbitrary.

Perhaps segmented runs? This could allow people to speedrun in smaller chunks, given the length of this game, but removes the need for arbitrary stop/start points.
