Does the entire run need to be streamed on Twitch? CoH2 is quite CPU intensive and it keeps causing stream drops and freezes when trying to record, is pure video acceptable?

Of course not. It needs to be verfiable. As long you can provide a video (stream, youtube or download) everything is fine.
