skill issue, just submit nmg runs to the main board :tf:

new cathegory would need a different ruleset and we would need to discuss what counts as a major skip or a cut. its up to viper if we are going to see a new category here

Honestly this category is pointless now given how many skips and things there are in the runs now. I'd just submit a run and if it has got cuts in it then it's got cuts otherwise don't worry about it.
