No Items runs are back!

If you have noticed some strange categories with old runs lately, this is because we have brought back every past/lost run from when the no items category was reset. I will be going back and verifying any rejected runs from this process. There were nearly 100 runs originally lost, but now the leaderboards and stats are better than ever.

Only official leaderboards

Second, I would like to clarify that the only official site that corresponds with speedrunning is speedrun.com/yeeps. There might be other locations, but the official map leaderboards will be found there. I will also note that any other sites related to Yeeps speedrunning aren't official through Trass. This includes other speedrun.com yeeps websites, along with the speedrunning discord. We simply use the server to announce changes, new features, and get feedback.

Subtle Improvements

There have been some small changes in the site to simplify navigation and submission. These changes include the following:

• Adding an account to specifically signal on the leaderboards that a category is unavailable. This account is currently in use in multiple archived categories, but you can see it publicly on Gadgets Only% rave cave.
• I have also removed the IGT timing to create a simpler look to the leaderboards, along with allowing easier and faster submissions. (The current time input will work the same as the old one; simply submit your in-game time as XX.XX0 seconds)
• I am currently experimenting with some visual/practicality changes, which as of now includes category/level order along with different colorways and image adjustments.

Extra note: The website information has been updated slightly; the release date now matches the Applab release rather than the full game release because some runs were submitted earlier. The links have also been updated to link to the yeeps.com site along with the official Discord.

Verification will continue to be completed daily, if your past runs have the incorrect time or format due to these changes, you may contact me through messages.

I’ve noticed increased activity and engagement, and I believe things will only go up from here. I’m looking forward to seeing what 2.0 will bring to speedrunning. Have fun!
