Can I get a category for this? It's technically Any% All Dungeons & Bosses, but you could just call it Any% if you really wanted.
Added it, though that video doesn't show the in-game time of the file afterward, can you add a link to a screenshot of it when you submit it? Obviously that's not the best proof, but whatever, this board needs runs.
I can just cut a new video that includes that, didn't even think of it. The credits show the in-game time which is in this new cut:
Oh, also, the run I did is no up+A because that's not on by default in Zelda Classic and I felt like I was cheating if I touched the menu at all.
The quest also has an intro of fixed length (you just hold down a button to progress it) that is not in the run, and why the run starts with 1 death and 55 seconds. I just get killed on the first screen without doing anything and start runs from there. The intro is not reasonable to include in runs since I tend to repeat the first couple minutes of the run for hours. It's still included in the in-game time. Speeding up the framerate of the game doesn't cause the gametime to be faster either, so the intro can't be secretly rushed through for an extra 30 seconds. I tested that to be sure it couldn't be an avenue for cheating. XD
I understand that skipping the intro is really convenient, but I don't know...that's not really a common thing to do in speedrunning.
Definitely cannot skip intro and everything: It will have to be redone. KHANanophone, if you can please verify the run since you approved the track.
Next time hit me up on Discord before approving tracks. I'd at least like to have an approved run before approving tracks in the future. Thank you.
