I'm really confused with some parts of the rules pertaining to the rules, such as where to end character stages, where to end the two extra stages, and I think something else but I can't remember. Also, I know this run isn't that great, but at least it's a starting point.

Retimed all of "Make a" categories down to the miliseconds
Hey all!
I've retimed all of the "Make a" categories down to the miliseconds due to being framewars and tied world records without breaking them are kinda lame. Nothing much to say.
Please let me know if I missed something.
