Zul'Gurub is a Heroic-only dungeon, so you can only have one attempt a day. I got stuck for half a second before the first boss, but this was my best attempt so far. Everything else went cleanly.
The main idea is to use the Oddly-Shaped Horn (temporary mount from Pandaria) which has 3 charges and summons a really fast mount. Unfortunately this can only be done out of combat, so I need to pull no mobs before the first boss, and after the 2nd boss I need to use Shadowmeld.
The final boss only spawns if two other bosses have been killed (excluding the Cache of Madness). I believe the ones shown in the video are the two fastest bosses to reach.
The final boss' phase 2 mechanics are unavoidable. The chains are invulnerable until one of the Gurubashi Spirits on the side uses Body Slam on them. You could taunt all 4 of these mobs, but since Taunt has a cooldown as well, taunting only 2 of them is the most efficient way (I think). The other 2 Spirits are far away anyway.

- Wearing: Onyx Amulet with Wind Sculpting Stone & Harmonic Music Stone, 3x Azerite Armor with the Longstrider trait, Scroll of Momentum, speed enchants
- Before entering: Fried Bonefish, Charged Phial of Alacrity
- During run: Gunshoes, Oddly-Shaped Horn
