The tutorial on how to do the trick is in the video down below. This skip saves probably about a minute in any% NG+ but in any% its more complicated because you need to fight enemies to buy new combos for faster fights. This skip skips a fight (and 4 movement based rooms) between some enemies and you lose some money. However you can backtrack into a room that you already fought and enemies will spawn a lot faster so if you need the money you will lose it's probably faster to still do the skip but earlier on in the run go back into a room to collect some quick money orbs. This trick is at the moment the hardest trick in the game so it may take you a while to get it for your first time.
