Here's my version of the first chapter. It's on Worms 4 Mayhem and not Ultimate, but I think there isn't too much difference (if there's any).
EDIT: It appears that walking speed is faster on 4:Mayhem. I'd have to examinate if it impacts the routing...

Some of these times have been beaten (lv3, lv4)

Throughout all the levels the following techniques are used:
- skipping cutscenes by pressing jump
- skipping enemy warmup time by pressing direction keys or camera keys
- skipping landing crates animation (closing the parachute) by pressing fire
- opening the inventory during a long jump to keep on moving
- placing the cursor on the correct case in the inventory, even when the item isn't needed at the moment, or isn't in the inventory yet
- opening the parachute while in freefall
- standing on an enemy's head to limit his range of action, or force friendly fire

Remarks:
Lv05 is consistent until there's only 2 enemies left. Then the AI can become stupid and there's need to improvise...
Also picking up the holy grenade crates helps to avoid the enemy moving around to get them

wA2: switch to wA1, take parachute, jump with parachute for another saw, once again parachute for another saw, then girder for highest saw, and once again parachute for the last 2 saws

idea: use sheep to pick up the crate. It works, got 0:23

the priority is to kill all enemies. When they're gone it's not too long to destroy the remaining barrels.

wA1: move to the landing spot of future crate containing holy grenade, then air raid to kill Dunst and Dennis, and blow up three barrels at once
wB? (chesh): consistently moves around and throws a fragnade
wA2: jetpack to move faster, dynamite to kill Dimond and blow up a barrel, then retreat towards Aston
wB?+1 (aston): does whatever, hopefully stays still or passes his turn
wA3: jetpack to move faster, holy grenade to kill Hood and blow up a barrel, retreat?
wB? (chesh): ?
wA4: ? kill another worm using fireworks (faster), or holy grenade or dynamite, take supersheep crate

wA1: kill last enemy worm
wA2: supership on last barrel

ideas: AI manipulation, use jetpacks to reach the last barrel, change kill order, when to take supersheep crate?, destroy the last barrel with something faster (sniper, grenade, bazooka?, fireworks if not used)
pick up and use banana instead of dynamite, lauch it from afar instead of coming closer to the target.

- preparing the worm's direction and camera to make aiming easier

Remarks:

- LV16: The main optimization is to send two worms in prison at once. It's possible to send 3 at once, but really unreliable. Launching our own worms with the bat can be an optimization to gain on moving time. Since the bat's hitbox is large enough, we can step aside to aim more easily. Most of the time loss in this level depends on wether the enemy hits a target.

- LV17 + LV18 : The worst here is the shotgun swinging around during precision shots. It can be a real trouble live.

Some of these times have been beaten (lv23)

LV24 is 3:38 long and not 3:35. The 8:51 total is correct though.

Throughout all the levels the following techniques are used:
- skipping cutscenes by pressing jump
- skipping enemy warmup time by pressing direction keys or camera keys
- opening the inventory during a long jump to keep on moving
- placing the cursor on the correct case in the inventory, even when the item isn't needed at the moment, or isn't in the inventory yet
- opening the parachute while in freefall
- preparing the worm's direction and camera to make aiming easier
- attacking teamates to benefit from damage boost (namely the concrete donkey skip in lv25)

Remarks:

- LV21:
releasing forward will stop the forward momentum really quickly.
releasing the jet will cause a rapid fall, so it's better to keep tapping it.
losing all the momentum at each turn avoids drifting for the next leap.

- LV22:
the wind RNG would be a problem for a live run.
hiding in the egg shell will force the enemy to pass their turn. 
I also hide in the cave so the last worm on a platform passes his turn. 

- LV23:
if the first enemy worm hit me, I would fall and this would mean reset.
I wonder if it's possible to reach the farther side of land.

- LV24:
this level is consistent until two enemy worms are left. Eventually they can kill the run.

- LV25:
The donkey's damage boost propels my worm right in the final trigger, so the level ends instantly. 
It's pretty consistent with this worm placement and donkey aiming. 
Although sometimes you might jump over the trigger.

just to inform that this run exists, which I wasn't previously aware of. I don't know if it can be submitted to this leaderboard since the games apparently have different walking speed.

Strangely enough he has some levels better optimized than my segmented run, while also having a not so terrible Chapter V and not knowing the donkey skip. It's fun how we kept working on this game so independantly.
