A Basic Speedrun Guide For The Trials (Patch v1.22+)

With the addition of more relics, bosses, and the chaos rooms before Sura with newer patches, I wanted to make a basic guide for beginners to get into speedrunning and improving their mechanics. Recommended for getting into Glitchless Speedruns, or True Any%.
