In All Classic, dying is a reset, so you want to have safety AND speed.

I recommend doing each level in descending order, with effort like this.

200 - Full Speed 100 - Full Two Hand Speed 50 - Full Speed 20 - Safe

With this setup, you save 5 seconds over normal times over 200, 100 and 50. You can then relax for 20 and ensure you don't die.

When tapping for 200 and 50, use the method outlined by VenomClaus. It was mentioned it's not viable for anything longer than 20, but I have decent success with 200 and 50.
