do you mean, an apk download with everything unlocked? You're gonna have to find that yourself because I don't think speedrun.com allows piracy.
You can download already made (unlocked) apk file from any trusted apk site like https://ropeheroapk.com/ i have just tried to download and installed from modyolo and its working fine
Just saying, sometimes the apk mods hack the code to restore a save, which is not the best way. If it only modifies the game database (which is in assets/Data/water.db), then that's fine, because you don't have to worry about getting a virus.
