Watching runs, ive seen people move multiple switches at once. Wondering how to do this as it would decrease our run time greatly.

It was patched out in the most recent patch

If you would like to use the glitch, you can download the patch in the resources page and copy that over the files in the we were here folder. You have to make sure both players are on that patch though.
