My friend and I were thinking of doing Full Game Any% runs just for fun but we are unsure of the rules for emulator usage. Assuming we submit these runs, this would be both of our first times submitting runs as we typically just speedrun for fun and don't submit anything since we hadn't read any of the rules; just assume we don't know too much about the general consensus in speedrunning.
