Since now we know how to trigger the "insta-complete glitch", or Hunter Warp, and how it works, (see one of the various setups here: explained in more detail here: 
), it was decided to ban HW for single level runs. The runs that have used this glitch before will be archived.
For other runs such as stage runs or full game runs, there have been added two subcategories: No Hunter Warp and Unrestricted (HW is allowed once or more depending on the category). The glitch wasn't fully banned only because it allows some new strats in the Unrestricted subcategory.
Full Game categories and their rules have been changed. The main change is that there are only two categories now: Any% and 100%. You can also now run various subcategories such as Classic, Hunter or Classic and Hunter, New Game or New Game+, Bonus or No bonus etc.
