it would make the most sense if every stage was included in the IL leaderboard and the timer starts on first movement for each; no transferring momentum between stages etc

also why tf can you submit 10 players, it should only be one

the timer should start on first movement because it's a lot easier to retime and tell exactly where the run starts

Verifiers only have permissions to verify runs. Moderators have permissions to verify runs as well as edit game categories and variables. Only super mods can add more verifiers/moderators.
