Don't know 100% but going on a limb here. When you Shinespark in lava you go really really slow in it. I am just going on a assertion here but i am guessing the route would be to get Speedbooster then to get gravity and Shinespark in the closest lava pool. At least that is how i would do it.

EDIT: I would also like to point out that since when you get gravity the only thing that hurts you is acid so by Shinesparking in lava, no energy would be consumed by anything else but the shinespark itself.

I have a quick question. I know this game really isn't ran too much but would there be any push to making new routes such as NG+ Extreme or Damaged Jehuty routes?
