If you do end up having multiple runs in your submission, it would also be easier for us if you included the timestamp of when the run starts in the description of your run submission.
Just checked, it says your run has been waiting for 23 days. It is currently 46th in line, so it should get looked at within the next week.
The only thing that matters is how many members you take with you into the shelter before the bomb drops. So if you took 1 member (in other words, if you for example played Ted and took nobody else with you), and then open the door and it's a family member that survived, it's still considered a 1 member run. If it's already a 2+ member run nothing changes, it just stays a 2+ member run.
I'm not too familiar with it, but if you're able to download your video from there and upload it to youtube, then just recording it from medal should be fine as long as it records the whole run. But you can't submit directly from medal if that's what you're asking.
Just to make sure I'm correctly answering your question, what did you plan to do with medal?
There are other runs that have been waiting longer than yours that still need to be looked at. We've been getting so many runs recently and trying to keep up with it all. Sorry for the wait.

The person on xbox said they don't record their runs or have a capture card. He streams all his runs on Twitch, and highlights the VOD whenever he gets a new PB.
I would also recommend uploading your run from twitch to youtube, since there's a thing where vods and highlighted videos disappear after 7 days. I believe that's the case for people who do not have affiliate. Hope this helps:)

I was the one that reviewed your run, the run did not get rejected because you recorded it with your phone. It got rejected because the video cuts from day 44 to day 48, which you also acknowledged in the description of your submission.
Recording with a phone is completely fine, as long as you record the full run and have the game shown at all times. Good luck:)
