You can start either on solo either on party just not to select SOLO when it is DUO/more players. you have to show the beginning of the cutscene so we can KNOW what category you have selected NORMAL or NIGHTMARE.
Make sure NOT to move through the cutscene tho because that is an insta REJECT.
Hello, book 1 is still there, you need to click on the leaderboard button and it will pop out something named full game leaderboard. That is the book 1.
