we actually used to have something similar to this. Unrestricted was more or less just any% up to FDG and then you rushed to Dutchman Skip, and restricted cheat was restricted cheat any% with the same idea. As cool of a concept as it sounds, it was kinda quietly removed as it is VERY similar to any%. I might not be telling the full story, so if anyone else knows much about it, feel free to add on to what i said and such. More or less, theres a reason only KJF Robo Sandy and Robo Pat are the only boss RTAs that still exist

who is going to get a sub 56? the wr on emu currently is a 56:10. In addition, there are only like 3-5 people with sub 1 hour on emu, so unless you are some god, you arent going to get a 55 on emu. You could also use ps2, gcn, or x360 if you dont wanna buy an xbox, and you can get a pretty cheap cap card for like $20. All socks and any category with nine runs are sub categories for a reason. just filter by emu if you really wanna see who has emu runs. Also, the primary reason that a game like Rehydrated has load removers but emu for this game does not is because people have varying load times. Someone with the best computer on Earth will have 1 second loads while someone with a potato probably has 30 second loads. The argument for emu being its own boards is like saying you want the switch version to be its own board seperate from xbox and ps.
I believe the dev version of dolphin has slightly faster loads, but im not sure by how much
I will agree with what everyone said above. Cruise boosting is such a blessing to this game, and honestly, it feels better playing with than without it. You can do a run without glitches, but you will have 10 times as much fun learning how to cruise boost and do the tricks.
test the pineapple loads. If they are 5.3 or more, then it is legal. Although you are only supposed to use an OEM drive, you can also look at the RPM and compare it to the oem segate hdd.
Lava boost only saves like a second over doing the elevator strats, but it is much more annoying as you probably have heard. same reason why he didnt go for the long jump in bits, it saves 3 seconds, but it was wr with or without it.
There has been a big leaderboard change, so your times were either moved from extensions to main or vice versa. It has been a WIP for about 2 weeks or so now.
These runs all seem very similar with very little if any variation. If you want to run them and show off what you can do, go ahead. No one is stopping you from that.
It would be a pc run. The load remover/short loads would classify it as a pc run. console loads are like 10 seconds +

The player who submitted the run is a top level runner who has been consistently getting WRs on ILs. Where is the proof that he cheated when he is trusted? I dont see that you have run BFBB before, so idk how u can tell if he was cheating or not.
