I have been doing Snow Drift recently and it seems like you can get a 2:59 if perfect. However, Akurertaki's 15:30 All Tracks run uses the old snow physics. 2:59 Laps - 1:00.9, 58.9, 1:00.1 The 2:59 requires: 2 reset shortcuts, fast ice slides, and a strategy to save about an extra 2.5 seconds over the entire race. The strategy involves taking the booster ramp into the sky on the second reset, and resetting while still on the booster panel. If performed correctly, you should respawn at the normal 2nd respawn point with the boost still activated. This probably works for the same reason that extended boost works, which involves a delayed boost effect. In my findings, this can save about 0.8 seconds each lap, and with fast driving, can be enough to drive 2:59 The question is, who's gonna get there first?
this means 2:01 is possible on visor park all laps redirecting your kart from the wall really is the new strategy huh
^ first message is outdated xd extended boosts are 1/3 if you do a proper setup
With me who noticed the way extended boosts work first, the extended boost always gets the boost at the very end of the booster panel. Getting the last second boost to initiate the extended boost, this new strategy can be done atleast 33% of the time, saving about a second on each booster.
If possible, this may be implemented in every single track.
But I have dream luck so 1 in 10,000 is nothing!
i looked i have a 3:16 with 1/3 extended boosts i will beat this in 2 seconds ok just got 2:57 gg
well what if it did at the 1 in 10,000 chance that could happen?
what if i got N score in sokkart that was better than somebodys, how would you make it "better" ? (instead of doing 14 for 0.014 or 13 for 0.013)
what if it happened at the very end or happened very slightly so you gain like half a second
a few months ago I found a public server that was at 26,000ms ping for some time
then what if i lag the server to death in a public server and then make everybody leave but it's still really laggy so i get extended boosts 99% of the time
