quick word of warning when you are doing this skip there is a glitch that happens sometimes when you first get out of bounds if you do the web swing recovery and you hit the ceiling instead of going threw it all of your momentum will stop and you wont reach the place the game thinks you need to go and what will happen is you will start to fall but you will still be in the recovery state and you will fall until you hit a trigger that is very far out of bounds and the game will reset you to the last death checkpoint and this will indefinitely kill the run. you can avoid this by web swinging at the top of the glass roof.

i tried to stand on a vent out of bounds and hit the trigger while at least slightly out of bounds but i failed that and i saw no way to hit the trigger while still out of bounds. this skip might be a bust unless we can get out of bounds in the room.

i cut down the video because it was just me screwing around the that area after i fucked it up

a glitch that might be useful in runs for areas where you cant web jump

the sandman skip works. all you need to do is web swing past the out of bounds platforms and just repeatedly hit the fall plane until you get behind the area where you fight him then just go up again and it should load in the next area skipping the boss fight

I got a sub 10 on doctor octopus. I got a 9:46 and I am happy.

this just in i got a sub 11 i used the strat and didnt fuck up and i got a 10:41

i found it on a bad run and got an 11:21 with it. then i had a good run and fucked up the strat a bunch but got it to work in the end taking it down to an 11:19

ok so i found a new strat and it saves like 10-20 seconds and now my pb is 11:19

the thing is if i do record the run and put it up on the leader boards mirson would probably get it back by using the skips that spidey balls found

i cant use my phone for a few reasons first its an iPhone 5 so it wouldn't have the space second i got it taken away because i did some dumb shit on discord

i got a 11:34 doctor octopus run i didnt record it due to me not having a capture card but i did indeed get it and once i get a capture card im gonna get that record

For the kraven skip i have found a way to skip directly from the start of the gun area to the courtyard. All you need to do is turn back and jump on top of the door frame thing then web jump off and into the fall plane and if you hold forward and the jump button than you should get out of bounds then you web sling along until you hit the load box for the court yard then boom you did it. The one problem with this skip is it might only be possible on the wii.

There is a different way to do this skip that i have found and its faster too although it may only be possible due to me playing on the wii though. So all you do is you go to the end of the corridor where the fight is happening and wallcrawl threw the blue door its really easy but i dont know if it is possible on ps3 or xbox.

I play on wii so this might not be possible but i found a different way you can do it. Its a bit slower but its much easier. For lab 4 once you get out of the door you go to the right wall jump on the thing outcropping from the wall that you can stand on stand on it then jump off and web jump across to the end. Once your at the end instead of going the way you would normally go you go right next to the white wall at the end and you go into the fall plane. If you have only web jumped there and have not touched any ground you should get out of bounds and then hold forward and jump when being pulled over to the place you last stood if you do it right you should be out of bounds and you beat the section. Its slower but it works. Then for lab 3 once the doors open to the place where you need to save the scientists. Go to the glass wall on the right that only has spider emblems in it. you break the glass and get in then you stand at the back of the room where the right spider emblem is. You then web jump out without touching the ground. Then you hit the fall plane and you hold the joystick in the direction of the door you cam from you should be out of bounds the you can web swing to the end and beat that portion of the level.
