I'm not too sure about an "All Collectibles" category for instance; my main issue is there's no way to know how many you've collected until you beat the stage + idk where all of the collectibles are in the levels anyway. That said, if people route it and want it on the leaderboard; I'll add it. Edit: plus the autoscrollers in World 3 have multiple paths, meaning some pans are out of reach. Plus if you miss one that's an easy run over.
Also, something like "No Major Skips" might help with the whole exploration thing. A few levels have big skips that we would disallow if this category happens (mainly 1-2 and 5-1).
Let me know what you think of either of the above.
^ just ran 100K points and can confirm this game caps out at level 9
A new rule has been added to this game. Passwords are allowed if you game over. You may return to the level you game over'd on. You cannot use a password to skip ahead. Since using passwords doesn't give you an advantage, they are allowed. This is also to encourage more runners to try this game/other categories out.
I plan to put up a time in this game soon and I'm personally okay with PC and NES runs being split.
I'm fine with both a category split and new categories like 5 or 10 words. I don't have much to add but I'm pretty ok with adding new stuff.
it fascinates me that jaypin would run the first level of over a thousand games so he would have the highest speedgame count only to get caught stealing runs from other people. it's not like running 1 IL per game is hard, so was he trying to be as lazy as possible by also stealing runs to make himself look good? come on, man lmao
Hi all, I have removed the IL boards for 5-1 and 5-5. Both of these are timer based, so as long as you survive and don't pause, you'll get the same time every time. I removed these levels from the ILs since they're quite trivial.
Also, I accidentally removed 2-5 at first, but it's been re-added. If you had a run in 2-5 and I accidentally cleared it, let me know.
One day I'll figure out how to remove 100% from a few levels, as not all levels have coins. If you run an IL that has no coins, just submit to Any%.
Ok that's all, thanks.
Hi there. I am requesting moderator for Outtrigger. The moderator verified my current run but then it seems they deleted their account and all of their runs (seems like they haven't speedrun anything in a few years).
I have the WR for the category of the game I run and plan to do other categories soon. I am willing to take over as moderator.

Thanks.
Hi there, I am requesting mod for Driar. The moderator for this game has been inactive on sr.c for months and his Twitter implies that he's on a hiatus. I've had a run awaiting verification for 2+ months now.

Thanks.
Hi. I am requesting to be moderator for Flintstones: King Rock Treasure Island. The sole moderator, RantronBomb, has been inactive on sr.c for several months. I ended up becoming mod for another game he was the sole mod for (Gun-Nac) and he is still inactive since I became mod for that game.
The leaderboard in question: https://www.speedrun.com/the_flintstones_king_rock_treasure_island
Thanks.
Hi there, I moderate the Flipull leaderboard. It says Flipull (NES), but I have since added the GB version to the board as well (it's not too different from NES version).
Can a mod change the name of the game to just "Flipull"? thanks.
Category has been added. It looks a bit weird because it still says Normal/Advanced, but just submit to Normal.
If I get better at managing leaderboards and making them look nice then I'll adjust that later. But for now, you can submit the GB version if you have a run of that version :)
Hey there, I looked into this a bit, and I've decided I'll add the GB version to this board. There don't seem to be too many differences between the two versions (except for the fact that GB glitches out in stage 49 I believe).
I'll only make a 1-10 category for now, but if someone wants to submit 1-49 or whatever it is then I'll add that later.
The submission date has been extended to October 5th.

Hey there, I had a suggestion for the site, but it's pretty minor.
When viewing my profile on the site, it takes a very long time to load. Unsurprisingly, it's because I run over 400 games (yeah, I know...). However, the reason my profile takes so long to load is because it's trying to load ALL of my games at once. If it were to load, say, 25 games when you look at it, then as you scroll down it loads more, etc., then my profile wouldn't take forever to load. A few people I've talked to before said that my profile wouldn't load at all because of slow internet speeds, etc.
So I was just curious if there was a way to have profiles load some games when you click it, then as you scroll down more will load? For people like me who run hundreds of games, this might help viewing profiles like this faster/easier.
If you want to test your internet speed (lol), here's my profile: https://www.speedrun.com/user/smartalec24
Hey everyone. It's been brought to my attention that when you reset the game, the difficulty/options you set before the reset stay the same. so if you pick Novice, then reset later, you'll still be on Novice.
there are still ways of knowing what difficulty someone is on (boss fights are the big example) but in the future, I'm going to recommend people show their settings before beginning a run. it's not a huge deal, honestly, but it does make verifying runs a bit easier.
I won't make any adjustments to peoples' runs or anything like that. just wanted to let people know about this games' resets/options.
Hey everyone. I was added as moderator a few months ago as both previous mods were inactive, and I just now realized that there were no rules in any of the categories. Rules have now been added (and nothing's gonna change, don't worry. Simply put, no rules were ever added which is weird but it's taken care of now).
Timing begins when you press A on the Daytona/Vs. Japan screen (depending on what category you're doing) and ends when the ball hits the ground on the final point in the last match.
I am requesting moderator status for Gun-Nac (NES). One of the mods can't be reached at all and hasn't been active in years, and the other mod hasn't been active on here in 4 months. I tried to contact him via Twitter on May 7th but no response/no action. I have a run I submitted more than 2 months ago and it hasn't been verified.
