I see several mentions of a hades speedrun discord, but didn't find any link here or on the hades 1 page. Can someone provide a general invitation for members coming with hades 2 and others ?

Hello, I'm very new in the speedrun universe and I've decided to start with this game I really loved to do, but I've already spent hours on "easy" glitches, so before doing difficult ones, I thought it could be great for me to try a 100% run. But there is no example for me of such a run... So despite the fact that all achievements have to be done, what other rules do we have ? Are glitches (like the pipe one) allowed (because the only thing that counts is to unlock the achievements at the end) ? Finally, a run starts at the begining of the 1st video (sorry I don't know the word for the french "cinématique") and ends at the begining of the last, right ? A last word: one day, goats will obey me...
