I also believe access is important (I wouldn't be able to run right now without emu due to a broken console)... Which is why I'm voting yes. I am also interested in future developments surrounding emulator if the majority agree to it.
We're coming up on a week with no objections for emulator, so we will be moving forward with it's creation. As of right now -
- Full runs and ILs will be separated from PS3 runs
- RPCS3 Master build 0.0.28 or later is required
- Framelimit must be set to 60
If there are any questions on the rules or how to set up the emulator, please reach out to us or watch the RPCS3 tutorial in the "Guides" section.
I agree on the separation myself.
Metal Gear Solid 4 has now reached a point where it can be played from start to finish on the Master build (0.0.28 or later) of RPCS3. The emulation isn't perfect by any means, but this marks a big step for MGS4 running!
So the questions for the community are, how do you feel about emulator runs being on the board and would you prefer them separated from current runs?
