Considering how much more random and sometimes unforgiving 1.2 Tower Mode, this is an extremely impressive time! Sorry for the wait.
I may have accidentally designed a rage inducing challenge, haven't I...?
Well, I'll still blame Hale for existing.
I'm still not sure entirely if the death in the end should disqualify the run or not, but... at the same time, you've completed the run and died to an oversight that didn't affect anything. Whatever.
By the way, the run starts at about 5:18.
It is better to remove the unneeded attempt from the video, but otherwise, a pretty good run! I think going for the gas can in the right top corner first is the better route, though.
EDIT: Oh, and I would recommend you get keybinds for starting and ending the LiveSplit.
Congratulations on this amazing run!
Although I should say that routing could be improved, specifically in Server Room: some of the obstacle servers there have hitboxes small enough so that you can squeeze between them.
- I don't think it is necessary to add separate categories for all versions, but I've added the "Version" attribute to differentiate runs done on 1.1.1 and 1.2, even if the changes between them may be minimal (although only the Story Mode is practically unchanged).
- Yeah, there will be new challenges for the Custom Mode and some of them will also be updated, like the Tower Fellas. If you want to, you can also suggest your own challenges — I don't mind adding those if they look interesting.
On the topic of categories, it would be neat to have separate ones for the Story Mode's and Hard Mode's levels. I already have a mod and I plan to update it, adding a few QoL improvements, including an unused level select.
This doesn't have much to do with the initial request, but I've beaten the Golden Wrench achievement. Well, time to do it the second time to have actual video proof of it!
Hello! I'm Shuki, the administrator of the Capture the Intelligence Wiki and just a pretty big nerd when it comes to technical stuff. I would like to help both of you with updating the game's section on this website to the latest version; if that's fine to ask, of course.
