Hey, we've talked a fair bit in discord already but l figured l should put this on the forum aswell.

You autosplitter appears to work perfectly and is considerably less jank than my version (lol), l'm totally down to add it to livesplit. Though a couple notes now that you're satisfied with it enough to release it publicly:

-robot bossfight - if possible, keeping the old split timing would be great for us older runners. Changing splits around is a hassle and basically nullifies a bunch of old golds. This could simply be a setting to split either on boss kill or load screen? (This should be fairly simple unless your code is more complicated than l initially thought?)

-river split - a few runners split when leaving the river stage (last map of the factory stage) and entering reimu's. A setting to enable this would be nice.

-orb split - though there is no recording of it, l use this option and like it quite a bit. l'm sure you could just copy-paste it from my code and it'd work fine :p

But yeah, once these "issues" are sorted out, having your autosplitter would be great ^^

l'm against partial game categories in general (as in, not finishing the game) but if you want to run getting all hats and then finishing the game, sure. If you do a run l'll make the category for you

Go into Edit Layout -> Add -> Scriptable Autosplitter and select the file

Oh right, l got d3dwindower to work without admin privileges so l completely forgot about that lol

It'll start and split at the end of every level by itself, though it might not split at the end of the last level, l'm not sure

I wrote an autosplitter for the game, available to download in the resources section. It should split at the end of each level but the last split might not work (which is fine, you can just retime it with the vod)

If you used the same ISO l found, there's an exe that installs it, but then there's a separate exe that just starts the game, try pointing it to that.

Are you sure you set everything correctly? I downloaded the PC version and ran it with these settings and it worked fine.

No clue then, sounds like you might be doing something wrong? You could also try d3dwindower, it's another app that's supposed to do the same, maybe that one will work?

The current mod has been inactive for 3 months and has not responded to messages on discord. To my knowledge there should be like 2-3 runs, maybe more, pending from different runners (including myself).

There's programs like dxwnd that help window games that don't support it natively, maybe try that?
