Yes, you can.

You can submit to multiple categories with the same recording, just remember the run must start at a valid spawn point.

So if you were doing 50 kills and got an extremely fast 10ks in the middle somewhere you couldn't trim that out and submit it as you need to start at spawn with 0 kills.

But in your example, it would be fine with me.

1. As long as the entire unedited run is submitted, this will still be valid.

2. Just being brutally honest here, the Death% is just a meme really, it was maintained by Mods who are not really active anymore and none of these runs were properly re-timed so they are not even accurate.

That aside, No, you don't have to press play manually for it to count. On regular killstreak/kills categories, this applies too. The timer starts on your first mouse/keyboard input, in the game.

However, It seems for death% the past mods accepted runs that die upon spawn, without any actual input, so I'm kind of forced to maintain that exception for that category only.
